Founded by the Vyshnevskyi family, the company brings over a decade of experience in residential construction, successfully managing projects ranging from basement renovations to full-scale home rebuilds.
Over the years, Scorpio Contracting has grown into a full-service general contracting company capable of handling complete projects from start to finish. Our team coordinates all aspects of construction including framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing work, allowing our clients to work with one trusted contractor instead of managing multiple trades.

As the owner of the company, I bring extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction. Over the years, I have successfully managed and coordinated projects ranging from basement renovations and custom additions to complete home rebuilds and commercial fit-outs.

In addition to my construction background, I am a licensed electrician, which gives me a strong technical understanding of building systems and allows me to identify potential challenges before they become costly issues. My education in architecture further strengthens my ability to interpret drawings, understand design intent, and accurately assess project scope from the early planning stages.

I believe that successful construction is built on clear communication, careful planning, and attention to detail. By combining hands-on field experience with technical knowledge, I help clients navigate complex projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
My goal is simple: deliver projects that are well-built, thoughtfully executed, and completed with transparency from start to finish.
